How to improve ones chances in getting selected for a campus interview ????

Is it not the biggest question that comes to our mind when our curriculum is about to get over and campus interviews are just about to start ???
Damn'it yes it is, so what ......
so I have got some tips for you which will not get you a job but surely it will help you improve your chances to get one.
Many of us take life so lightly that when the time comes to prove ourself, the first thing that comes to our mind is "oh lord I'm good for nothing" . If this thought ever came to your mind then let me tell you it will never come again after reading this...
  • whenever a company comes for the campus or whenever an interviewer is taking your interview, he never checks what have you done, they just look for what you are capable of doing. so be confident you have that x factor in you.
  • now what's that x factor is - dear it can be anything from your ability to make situations happening to your optimistic approach to problems. 
  • try to explain the positive things that you have done or which happened to you- like you were the cultural or technical secretary of your college or department in your graduation.
  • one thing that matters the most is your analytical approach both technically and commercially. 
  • no one is going to hire you if you are not going to get him a single penny 'that's the harsh reality' so prove your worth. You are not good at technical no problem you must be having some great managerial skills , whatttt surely not this , then definately you must be a good learner . Do you think no you are not , yes you are. how ?? did you learnt a new way of enjoyment,have you learnt how to ride a bicycle, did you learnt how to stay awake till late nights, if yes then you learnt to manage your body clock that's hell of a learning dude..
  • at last get some information about the company and try to find which quality of yours is going to help the company in their long run or short run . For example - you know how to be a team player  and you wish to earn the position of a team leader by proving yourself but before that you want to learn and explore yourself, that's the quality of great leaders.
so these are few points which could really make a difference in your chances.

The First Class of Engineering After the orientation, we finally received our class schedule. In those days, the notice board was our “official WhatsApp” — the one place that told you everything you needed to know. My lectures were scheduled in the RD Block , right beside the training ship TS Ranjita . Our classroom — RD 103 — was allotted to a combined batch of about 110 students from Chemical Engineering and Civil Engineering .
